That is not what I said. You are a liar and a troll.

Yes, it can. It is constitutional to use voluntarily. It is unconstitutional to require one to say it. You are a liar and a troll.

We should have bets on how many times we have to repeat ourselves before he finally understands. I think my record is six times. I had to repeat my question six times to Sparky when he blamed atheists for the rise in America's national crime rate. For six posts, he absolutely refused to tell me how many atheists actually had criminal records. So far in this thread, I've had to repeat myself once, and now you've had to do so twice. What do you think, Ian? I'll bet a total of six times.

I'll say. He's addicted to Availability Errors, Confirmation Bias, Texas Sharpshooter fallacies and Non sequiturs. If Sparky had a dime for every time he made one or those, he'd be richer than Bill Gates.

Nah. His issues are way more complex than a mere six repetitions.

And he does not even know what those are, sadly.

It is unconstitutional for the state to require someone to say something like "so help me God."
Then post a link showing the ruling for that?

I showed you the Supreme court ruling on that and still all you have is a personal opinion.

Don't you have an option now to swear or affirm when taking an oath?

Her lawyer was caught lying in court by my lawyer and the judge stopped the case ..
