No one knows for certain whether god exists or not. Perhaps we will find out after we die. There are a great many things that we cannot explain. In the meantime, do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

You show your hate for Christians. You love those who claim to be Christians but live like a secularist.

Thoughts and prayers DO have a verifiable "weak but statistically significant" effect. The experiments revolved around having people pray to influence a random number generator... Not only were thoughts and prayers able to impact the results, if you generated the random noise FIRST, then did the experiment, the results would be the same as if the noise was generated after.

Several times I've been in the situation of desperation where, for example, would be weeks away from homelessness and with days to spare an offer showed up.
    Link please.

You would have to lose self-righteousness to get to where I am.

I have yet to see a single solitary fruit of the spirit in your posts. Not one. Not ever.

It is impossible to establish causation. The most you can get is correlation.

The Drs best answer is "spontaneous remission" in those cases.

It goes along with; often people winning the lottery wind up losing it all and then some. The money becomes more something of a test than a gift.

Though, I didn't die in any sense, I was in a coma from a brain infection. In the coma I talked to a presence that I would call a guardian Angel, it told me that it was most important to remember that everything works out in the end.

And as I said the last time, that advice has served me through a few points of desperation... I try to tell my wife That, she thinks it's hippie crap, and she got laid off from a not very good job, through her unemployment time I reminded her that everything was going to work itself just fine. She had 3 weeks left on EI when she got a phone call from a former boss asking if she was looking for work.

It works the opposite way too, a guy who was a womanizer, now has to pay for 1 child he never sees, and last I talked to him a second on the way when he never held a job for more than a year.

Even when he did have a job 60% was called for before the check was cashed.

So, I mean whether it's simplifying things to a 10 commandments, or the don't be an asshole policy, things tend to work out better than the people that will double cross.

That hurts you in ways you don't think, always wondering who now hates You, thinking everyone else is looking to get that edge on you...

These are the subtle ways in which God acts. It's not just pray it away, it's more pray for calm but prepare for the storm.

You mean to be a pompous, arrogant, egotistical, elitist that belongs to an antisemitic political party?
