And when's the last time you looked up statistics regarding church attendance?
Not that much. I suggest embracing the religious Latino's because it will help boost church attendance and the GOP

What I've learned from aboutenough so far in this thread:

We should not do bad things for fear of the punishment if we get caught.

We should care about immigrants and minorities because we want to win elections.

Hispanics do tend to be more conservative on social issues, but they vote on bread and butter issues. The Republicans don't offer them much in the way of economics.

I love the way you assume that they vote for Democrats simply because they've been tricked or something as though they're stupid. That's another reason minorities vote for Democrats. Democrats don't insult them quite as much as Republicans do.
they are being duped. For instance, the main social issue that divides Christians and parties is the abortion issue. To assume all Latino's will vote democrat and support abortion is not going to happen. Not unless they ignore what their religion stands for

Dude, they know full well that Democrats generally support abortion right and they still vote for for them. They're not stupid. You are assuming they're stupid. That's insulting. And you wonder why they vote for Democrats?

No religious rights have been "derailed," and no such attempt has been made. There is no right to use government to advance a religious agenda.

Well, there's nothing wrong with this. If you don't win the election, you don't get to do anything else.
