Government does not endorse sin by making gay marriage legal. No Christian is required by law to get a gay marriage.

You are just upset that Christians don't have the power to legislate in accordance with the Holy Bible's dogma. You cannot have a theocracy.

So, you admit you knew he was silent all those years you thought justices being silent was wrong.

    LOL... too easy

The government made a ruling that endorses sin. Anyone that disagrees with that ruling can be fined, lose government funding in schools or lose their job if they don't support it.

I think being silent doesn't help to learn about a case.

So, would you say Clarence Thomas has been an ineffective justice or just not good at his job?

If you just bought Inkslinger's printing business and somebody puts in an order for 5,000 pro-trump yard signs, could you refuse service to that customer because you didn't want to support Trump?

Thomas has rarely spoken in oral arguments. He has written a great deal. Anyone who reads has known his position on things for well over a quarter century.

Government does not endorse any behavior by virtue of the behavior being legal. Nor does it discourage it. And under the Establishment Clause, government is prohibited from even recognizing such a thing as "sin," since that is a religious concept outside the purview of the government - which is to say the government therefore cannot ban behavior thought to be "sinful."

No, it did not. In fact, the government is prohibited from criminalizing or otherwise prohibiting behavior based on a religious estimination of its sinfulness.

Wrong. Anyone is free to disagree, and to state his disagreement, without penalty.
    Thanks from boontito
