The gun man was still shooting and the guy with the AR 15 shot him and stopped the shooting. Without him many more might have been killed

The latest thing this year is upside-down xmas trees. I'll try to find a link. It seems some precious Christians feel this is an anti-Christian change to this well-known pagan symbol!

I can't wait for the objections to THIS one!

It's a tweet by a guy called Daniel Sugarman. (a self confessed "member of the zionist media!")

" I love that I live in a city where I, a Jewish journalist, can receive a card from the Muslim Mayor of London, wishing me a "joyful Christmas".

Seriously, screw all the racists and the haters. London is a thriving multicultural city and long may it remain so. "

(CNN)The deadliest shooting in Texas history could have claimed even more lives if it weren't for two strangers who jumped into action, authorities said.

When Devin Patrick Kelley opened fire inside First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs on Sunday, Stephen Willeford, who lives near the church, grabbed his own gun and ran out of the house barefoot to confront the gunman.
"What do you say to the man who stepped up when he heard the gunshots? I'd say he's a hero," Wilson County Sheriff Joe Tackitt Jr. told CNN's Chris Cuomo on Monday. "I don't think there's any question about that. Had he not done what he did, we could have lost more people." 'Hero' exchanged fire with gunman, then helped chase him down - CNN I post the truth even though it gets me in trouble some times. LOL

Fascinating. Somebody has been doing that in my area for at least 25 years. Except it isn't a Christmas tree. The owner used an umbrella, suspended from the ceiling, and then ran lights around the edge down to the handle, which created that upside-down x-mas tree shape. It hung behind some sheer curtains in a big window, so you couldn't really tell what it was.

We go by it every year to admire their persistence. Honestly, it's probably been 30 years. Maybe more. It's a local legend.

The latest White House ad features a little girl thanking President Trump for making it possible for her to say Merry Christmas again. She must have been the one who was imprisoned by the Obama admin, when aged five, she innocently uttered those words.
