Both Donald And Hillary Are Racists

I don't think reasonable people can argue, as if it's an open question, over whether Trump is a racist.

But too many here seem confused as to whether Hillary is a racist.

She is, always has been, and will continue to be.

But they are different. Hillary hides hers. She says nice things about Muhammed Ali. She has her photo taken with Al Sharpton.

Personally, I prefer my hate full on and without any bullshit.

Most POC I know feel the same. If you hate me, say so to my face.

    Your thoughts?

Mandatory minimum sentences for nonviolent drug crimes. Don't Ask, Don't Tell. The Department of Education's racist policies.

I could go on.....but you probably get my drift.

Judged from the INTENDED EFFECT of the "Billary" record, she is as much a racist as Donald is.

I don't think she is racist. There were blacks who were also in favor of the crime reform. (Since you mention Don't Ask, Don't Tell, that was actually pretty bold, with good intentions. Brave of Bill to make that one of the first things he did in office. Sad unforeseen consequences, but good intentions.)

So, there were foreseeable negative effects of the crime and welfare legislation, and I don't think that was bold or brave at all, but I also don't think the passage of that legislation in the 90's speaks to whether Hillary is racist.

And I don't think she is racist.

Well, actually she is a class warrior, but since most POC care deeply about the well-being of the poor, etc., they usually do not view anyone who harms the poor as an ally.

And she and her husband most assuredly harmed the poor -- more than any other US president since the Civil War.

I think you're just spouting off your opinion as a republican. I don't believe she is a racist.

Have anything to back it up?

The blacks were crying our for something to be done about rampant crime too. Are they racist against their own race?

    Now you're spouting hyperbole.

As fun as it would be to call a Democrat racist after all the times Democrats have called me and mine racist, I can't go there with her.

No more than the usual unconscious vestigial racial preferences of the typical privileged white person benefiting from a society with systemic racial bias.

She supports the death penalty, which I consider a racist part of our judicial system, but I don't consider people racist for supporting it.

"Racist" is not a word to use casually. And I won't join the people who do so.

Anybody care to discuss how the suggestion that a federal Judge cannot be impartial because they are of Hispanic heritage and a "hater" is or is not racist?
