If you are interested I could go through an entire list of presidents who have had weird quirks. Lincoln suffered from sever depression for example, there is no way he should have been allowed to serve in office.
Clinton may have been a sex addict in private, but he was smart enough to not behave that way in public, or brag about it.

He has for years, massively over stated his "wealth". And I don't think he has any empathy either. It's always about him. Just look at his campaign. He has basically ignored most of the advice his campaign team has given him.
Yes, but he was able to choose to tuck his crazy in, back in the day. He had some rudimentary social skills he seems no longer able to marshall. And he did not say everything he thinks without a filter.....is my observation, anyway.

I think Lincoln's success as a POTUS puts the lie to your assertion that he was unfit to serve, Spooky. As for whether he actually was ill, he was the CIC during the Civil War. I think only a monster would not have had feelings about that.

Well, he could growing delusional due to any number of illnesses. 60 is a little late to have it start, but it could be schizophrenia, Alzheimers is a possibility, although he is not a classic case. IDK enough medicine to list any more, but I think there is a psychological problem and it becoming very severe.

Untreated syphilis -- which becomes almost undetectable after a time -- can cause outright madness. It is what killed Al Capone.

But this also seems like a terrible way to end a life, and I have pity for him.
his own paid surrogates are now calling on forgiveness in the biblical sense. Even though I'm not a Christian I'd have no problem with that. If Trump would truly show any real and sincere remorse. He hasn't. All indications is that he fully intends to use what is sure to be the most watched presidential debate in history to emotionally unravel , in real time, for all the world to see.

He also had Marfan syndrome, lost two children, and his wife was becoming unhinged...add the Civil War to that, he remained sane. A remarkable man.

You do know he was on Suicide watch, that is why he grew the beard. They took razors and sharps from him

Lincoln also said the Constitution did not apply to him and he locked up thousands of political prisoners.

President Abraham Lincoln Beard Letter Written October 15 1860
Oct. 15, 1860: Grace Bedell, age 11, tells Abraham Lincoln to “let your whiskers grow”

Concerned that Abraham Lincoln’s gaunt, worry-lined face was so severe it might scare off voters, 11-year-old Grace Bedell crafted a solution: Grow a beard.
On this day in 1860, the Westfield, N.Y., tween wrote a letter to the Republican nominee outlining her plan to help him win the upcoming presidential election. It reads, in part:
His height, facial features and gaunt appearance were due to Marfan syndrome.
