Isn't it telling that Trump refuses to investigate the allegations of wiretapping he made against Obama by ANY means other than under the aegis of the Congressional investigation (which has yet to commence) into his treasonous contact with Russia, before and after the election?
There is no nexus of law or fact; it's a patently obvious attempt to use the "yeah, that was bad but he did something worse" defense. Which is ridiculous, because betraying this country to RUSSIA certainly is "the worst" thing any POTUS could possibly do.
So.... I conclude the Trump allegations have ZERO basis in fact and the allegations against him, of treason, are VIRTUALLY PROVEN by his own ineptitude. Why would he need a "distraction defense" if the facts were not dire for him?
The Orangatang needs to resign, now. We can decide whether to prosecute him for treason later.
