That's not surprising since DMV offices are privately owned here.

    Grrrrrr.......

Illinois is showing up as 2nd on the list?? That must be from bitching from in and around Chicago.

Where i live in central illinois the dmv runs pretty smoothly/efficiently. Plus we can do many/most things online.

(Did you just say the DMV in Ohio is privately run?? Really?? Bizarre....)

Probably worth thousands, Spooky. If I owned it, I would sell it.
it's single malt scotch.. Maccallan is one of my favorites, 15 years and above. the 18 yr goes for ard. 250$ / bottle. Very decently priced for the quality and taste.

The 25 yr old.. one day i'll get a bottle, but it's anywhere between 1200 and 2000 $.. i haven't tried it yet, but based on the difference between the 15 and 18 yr old alone, i'm sure it's worth the money.

I like it on occasion, but for $5 I get a very generous pour of passable bourbon with a tiny shpritz of coke on top, those bartender ladies love me, they are always looking out for the boss when they pour my drink.

    Thx
First thing I do when I go out for some drinks is lay the tip out there.

My drinks are always poured very generously.

I would always drag pour, even when using a jigger for the high tippers.

If you're going to pollute it with Coca-Cola, then what difference does it make which American rotgut you buy?

    I haven't had a drink in a bar in like 3 years.

Everyone I know hangs out in coffee houses anymore.

I didn't pay for it, it was gifted to me.

Not sure how much it goes for nowadays.

I know its around 200 bucks a shot, so not worth it.

So why doesn't your state sell scotch?

I lived in Minnesota and remember we couldn't buy alcohol after 10 pm or on Sundays but I think they carried everything.
Something got very mixed up here.. Macallan is not Cognac, and sure not from Remy Martin. That would be Louis XIII, the most masterful cognac made, from up to 40 different blends, each between 40 and 100 years old.. takes 4 generations to finish a batch.

Of course it isn't, I never claimed it was.

I go the occasional $2 tip, from there it's a dollar, and I know it is a good investment, they give me a water glass full of whiskey.

And they are just nice too, I always like helping those girls.

I go out so infrequently, I can afford it.

    Thx
    Thanks from Madeline
