Could be. What difference does that make?

I don’t know if the CIA was ever that savvy. They’d just blow up the real media. Not subvert it.

And I say without much fanfare that we should not let them divide us.

I think it's too late. They are succeeding.

Is it not odd that we have posters--often posters who appear quite sophisticated but who provide relatively little evidence to support their positions-- here at PH pushing political and legal agendas that would result in a divided and weaker US?

Positions like "The Supreme Court can't block states from violating the Federal Constitution" or "Our legal system has been in violation of the Constitution since 1803."
How exactly is dividing us making us less powerful?

I do think that because in the recent case they aimed at black people it was also political in nature and related to the last election in some cases however they continued it after the election.
And the moron in the WH is fine with that. In fact he does as much as he can to divide us.

And what real geopolitical effects will that have in the real world?

Yes, that's why I asked it.

If you were a PH student you would recognize this nation has always had divides and we functioned just fine so what makes this different?

Give us some examples of what could happen.

A plane could be hijacked by Saudis at the instruction of Saudis in response to US military bases in Saudi Arabia, the people responsible could say “Were Saudis and we did this because the US had a military base in our holy land, which is Saudi Arabia” and if the country is bitterly divided politically instead of generally agreeing on common sense truths, a large portion of people might be persuaded by an opportunist government to invade a totally unrelated country for the profit of people in government roles.

The division of the country would be important because anyone objected would be assumed to be objecting for political reasons, instead of “being an intelligent human being” reasons.

This success, coupled with failure to HOLD the conquered nation after elections, might inspire Saudis to create a proxy army of religious fanatics called ISIS with identical beliefs, tactics and goals as Saudi Arabia, to attempt to invade and occupy the whole Arab world under the exact same political system as Saudi Arabia. With Saudi money and leadership.

But a divided nation screaming and shouting about “leftists”, and ignoring legitimate media, wouldn’t notice or care.

    Just an example.
