I am not claiming we are responsible for ALL of it. But possibly for MOST of it.
I mean, 300,000 or so people, at least, died in the wars in Chechnya between 1994 and 2009. That's just one mass casualty event in recent Russian history...
    Thanks from Madeline

The propaganda machine cannot also gather reliable intelligence.
Well not for argument, but they can gather reliable information and do nothing with it or have a better foot on how to turn it into propaganda and even control the narrative going forward.

    Such as:

9/11 - information of attacks before hand
Occupy Wall St. - infiltrated by LE and FBI, narrative controlled
Anonymous - infiltrated and even busted on Twitter for it, still controls the narrative (related to Occupy Wall St. too)

I don't disagree with your OP's point however.
    Thanks from Madeline

3.5 million died in Vietnam, after the US became involved.

Rather hard to overtake that benchmark.

We should shutter the CIA and ask the MOSSAD to run Homeland Security.

And I am not saying that "for effect". I sincerely mean it.
