    Sure, that could happen.

    But, it's a long shot.

    A very, VERY long shot.

How does a million to one sound?

Ryan is way out of his league. He's been a failure as speaker of the house. What makes anyone think he would be a better president?

I'd have zero problem with Pence.

No more abortion and prayer back in school.

    Good luck fighting that.
    I actually agree with you!

Trump's capacity for shooting himself (and everyone else) in the foot with his own big mouth has caused division among Republicans which has helped keep them from being able to pass a lot of legislation. I think Pence would have a better chance of uniting the party, which would be worse from my perspective.

I'm not worried about Pence. He wasn't able to lock up the votes to get reelected as governor of my state. That's pretty bad in a state as republican as mine.

If he would not have been picked as VP he would have disappeared into oblivion.

He turns stomaches with his phony tv evangelist persona and isn't particularly bright. It will show.

Just what we need, another lunatic in chief. In that sense, I hope the Russia stuff goes at least as deep as VP. So far, I've not felt it does but, who knows?

Well there is precedence for that. Nixon's VP Agnew was removed for corruption IIRR.
