So please explain then why you think this person should be required to give up competitive sports altogether because they're on low dose hormone replacement therapy.
No one here says you shouldn't exist. Stop putting that on us.

Does the policy get established in a one directional mode?

Or should transgender wrestling girls (birth males) be competing in the female competitions? Seems there would again be an unfair advantage associated to the natural strength of the male.

Dunno. But it is an interesting topic.

Trans girls are more complicated, imo. Trans boys, not at all to me. They have no advantages over the other boys. In this case, Texas is screwing over the females.

    Agree.

Trying to establish a neutral policy is challenging. If not possible.

It used to be illegal to take steroids to compete in sports. When did schools start allowing steroid use for atheletes?

I support the right of transgenders to live the lifestyle of the gender with which they identify. By that I mean their right to dress and present themselves as that gender and I have no real problems with restroom usage currently getting significant debate. I see that as a brain function; that the brain is controlling gender identity. However, regarding participation in sports and other athletic activities, I regard that as more of a body function. Is it unreasonable to suggest that the gender characteristics via the brain are not necessarily consistent with the gender characteristics of the body. By that I mean primarily muscle strength. In the topic case of a transgender born a girl wanting to compete with the boys, such perceived lack of muscle strength would provide them no athletic advantage. However, in the converse, would a young transgender born a boy have a physical advantage over girls. I don't know with any certainty, but I do think it a reasonable concern or consideration. In the topic case, the issue seems to be whether or not the drugs used for transgender purposes are or should be considered as performance enhancing. Again, I don't know with any certainty, but again, I do think it a reasonable concern or consideration worthy of study and confirmation if it has not been done already.

Again, you seem to be suggesting it is just a coincidence this person dominating the weight class just happens to be taking Testosterone supplements.

Possible i guess. But sounds like kind of a stretch.

    Coyote,

Because performance enhancing drugs are illegal. If she wants to fight in the WWE, fine, but not in legitimate sports.
