No it's not. It would be for teachers or other school employees, but not for students.
Someone hands me a religious literature, i choose to ignore it. I don't feel bullied at all. Used to have a few Jehovah's Witnesses knock on my door, so I told them to not come back, and they never did.
The whole point of bullying is that it is difficult or impossible to ignore--that's what makes it bullying.

This is why you have to kill the missionaries the minute you see them. Once they speak, you’re going to hell.

I mean like a twelve year old being told if they didn't submit to a good old Baptist dunk in a tank baptism they would go to hell. I told them I had started my period but the assistant preacher said I was too young and totally blew it off.

In the age of before tampons I certainly got the last laugh as they insisted I be the first to go and the five dunkees behind me..... well I never told them and neither did the preachers.

That next Sunday I refused to attend ever again and for once my mother agreed with my choice. You see, one of my brothers was also among the dunkees that day.

So? It's called free speech. I'm sure kids talk about homosexuality in between classes and at lunch. So what.

The Catholic neighbor told me to pray the rosary or I was going to hell. I laughed. You should too.

They can talk about whatever they like, so long as they don't bully anyone.

You keep coming up with odd comparatives.
