But how is that important? This is the right thing to do. If for no other reason, folks like you and all those other "disgusted" need a big reminder of your willingness to ignore deceit simply to maintain political power. Just because in your mind it is a valid tradeoff, it is not right. This committee is that big reminder.

Perhaps all that needs to happen is that we learn enough about what happened to possibly prevent it from happening a second time.

By obstructing the process and refusing to turn over information, the president's administration is exposing every embassy to a degree of danger. This does not mean that the president is to blame for Benghazi happening. It could be as simple as a failure to disseminate intelligence to the right persons who could have highlighted the threat to the Secretary of State. Without an investigation in which key questions are answered, we can't take steps to better protect our overseas staff.

By obstructing the process and refusing to turn over information, the administration implicates itself and raises questions of ethics and integrity - that is a second issue entirely.

I trusted Hillary Clinton and John Kerry when they voted for the war which led to the loss of 4000 Americans and a couple trillion wasted.

2 years, thousands of documents, dozens of inquiries, committees and panels, the right wing press exerting 110% effort to find something, anything, they can pin on the administration and coming up empty, enough is enough.

And Hillary and John made the fatal mistake of trusting Bush/Cheney that they would not act on that vote without proof of Sadaam having WMD, their bad, for believing that Bush had any honor or integrity, whatsoever

Yet we still don't know how the British and the Red Cross were forewarned early enough to pull their people out.

Then why don't Republicans ask them.

Actually having the will to use a wmd and the ability to produce a wmd quickly and effectively is threat enough. Saddam had both and an ample supply of NBC equipment on hand to suggest he would be happy to use it.

Mustard gas and other blister agents can be made quickly using basic materials - it's 100 year old technology.
