I understand why Sanders is so popular!

Hillary's answers on some of these things were horrible, horrible! She told banks to 'cut that out'. WTF? That sounds like someone on their side, in cahoots, but saying 'don't be so obvious'....

I do NOT agree with all his policies BUT I truly feel that there is a man who truly wants to change things for the better, and how often does that happen?

He voted NO to the PA. GOOD for him!

Hillary made me really really mad defending that and ef her for her position on the Iraq war - she is part of that two sides of the same coin group.

So many people have had it with them.

AC made me mad too. No point in these other people being on the stage if they can't talk.

I'm sure we all know they are going to go away - but I like to hear from them! They have good ideas. They have good challenging questions for the others.

One can be quite popular by promising to give people other people's wealth and resources.

To me, that seems to be what the Democrat Primary is all about now: A Race to figure out who can promise the "most stuff..."

What? I didn't say anything about that. I don't agree with the ideas of free college and all of that. I don't agree with a lot of his policies. I am commenting on him as a PERSON.

I think he truly wants to make changes that are in the best interests of Americans.

I don't feel that way about any other front runner. I think the rest are in it for themselves only.

    And their cronies.

I do NOT support making us more like Europe, which is what he wants.

But I hate the frontrunners. They are liars and cheats and I'm sick of them and their crony capitalism.

Hillary would only have to make slight changes - really slight - to be on the GOP stage! I can't believe dems like her at all!

She talks a good talk on some issues important to dems, but she doesn't walk the walk. At crunch time, when it matters, what does she do?

    She votes with the neo-cons!

    Iraq War.

    Fucking Banks.

    Patriot Act.

There is more but those stand out in my mind the most and make me really mad. She is a fraud.

--I agree, Bernie Sanders seems like a nice, sincere person. But, I am pretty certain that Vladimir Lennin was a pretty nice guy.

I don't feel that way about any other front runner. I think the rest are in it for themselves only.

    And their cronies.
--Agreed. Again, Bernie Sanders seems less like the typical Arrogant Aristocratic Ass, that the majority of candidates, from both parties.

I do NOT support making us more like Europe, which is what he wants.
--That, for all intents, is perhaps the central tenet of the Democrat Party's Platform.

But I hate the frontrunners. They are liars and cheats and I'm sick of them and their crony capitalism.
    --Agreed.

Hillary would only have to make slight changes - really slight - to be on the GOP stage! I can't believe dems like her at all!
--Well...other than her positions on: the Second Amendment, Foreign Policy, Taxation, Regulation, Healthcare, Domestic Policy, Race relations, Executive power, the Judicial Branch, States Rights and Immigration, you are probably right. But, by my estimation, those are a tad bit greater than "slight changes..."

She talks a good talk on some issues important to dems, but she doesn't walk the walk. At crunch time, when it matters, what does she do?

    She votes with the neo-cons!
--She votes according to her estimation of what will look better in the polls. Like her husband, her stance is decided by the current direction of the political winds. She will say, and do, whatever she thinks will serve her ambitions.

    Iraq War.
--Yes. So did many other Dems.

    Fucking Banks.
--In support of President Obama, the last time around.

    Patriot Act.
--Bernie was one of the few who did not support this, at the time.

There is more but those stand out in my mind the most and make me really mad. She is a fraud.
--Yes, she is. A fraud with incredible arrogance, and, perhaps...a criminal. But, then again...the Clintons exist pretty much above the rule of law....

FWIW... sometimes hindsight is 20-20. Iraq war? I did NOT see the WMD line as legit. I DID want to oust Saddam, a real fuck who blended the WORST of Fascist,Islamist,THUG as it suited him. He had HUGE ambitions. I did NOT like HOW we handled it. BADLY executed. Patriot act? It was in the wake of 9/11 and inevitable. TOO heavy handed in ways but... the sort of thing where you back version B because version A won't fly and version C sucks. Banks/Wall St /etc... another case where you can't GET the "best case". The Finance Giants... don't play nice BUT.. when they say "too big to Fail"... that's no joke. If you aim to "fix" the 10 biggest financial institutions.. you do so CAREFULLY. You don't want to do broad damage to stuff that may go rogue but ALSO is a key part of the foundation. That's hard at best but then there's nutcases and puppets with agendas. They may not WANT any FIX.

Somebody has to PAY for Socialism.

Question: IF Socialism is so good....why are so many people FLEEING it?

Why do so many "socialist" nations need to build fences...to keep people IN?

I am all for sticking it to the corporations, BUT....I have come to realize that when we trust in Government to do 'stick it to the RICH GUYS....' the MIDDLE Class, and SMALL BUSINESS are the ones who get ass-raped.....

Why don't you answer bonehead's question? What exactly did Sanders promise for free?

Damn. I wasn't aware that Great Britain, France, Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands had fences to keep people in.

And the middle class and small businesses would be ass raped even worse without some kind of regulation on the "Big Guys".

College. Health Care. Paid Family leave. Expanded SS. I'm sure there is more, this was all that was discussed in debate.
    Thanks from mrmike
