Will James Comey Recommend That the DOJ File Charges on HRC

There are so many stories in the media about what appears to be an endless stream of evidence of wrong doing by HRC concerning many aspects of the e-mail scandal.

Either, the FBI is going to recommend to Loretta Lynch that charges be filed on Hillary or at the very least have to address the American people about why charges are not going to be filed.

The point I am trying to get at in this particular thread is that if the FBI does not recommend charges to be file or at least address the American people about why charges are not going to be filed, it will make the FBI appear to be corrupt because of all the evidence that has been reported in the media.

I am to understand James Comey is a straight up guy, a follow the the law kind of man. I do not see him taking the name of the FBI being tarnished lightly.

James Comey was a liberal favorite for sometime until he refused to play along with Obama's war on cops.

James Comey is no longer a favorite of the current administration.

I think James Comey once again is going to stand on the side of Justice and recommend that Loretta Lynch bring charges against Hillary Clinton, among the reasons would be to put the ball in their court and clear the name of the FBI.

We all know Loretta Lynch is not going to charge Hillary Clinton.

It is said that Comey may resign in protest if Lynch does not charge Clinton which in my opinion may be even worse for Clinton than being charged, as far a public opinion is concerned.

What do you think the outcome of all of this will be?

Not whether you think Hillary is guilty or not we all know the answer to that is divided down partisan lines.

What do you think will be the final outcome of the whole e-mail scandal? How will it end?

If it was anyone other than hillary, that person would already be in federal prison.

I hope she, hillary, is indicted but it is not going to happen. It's called politics. Even if the FBI Director recommends charges be filed the DOJ will delay till after the general elections.

And, this will be a PR nightmare for Hillary.

As I stated in the OP if Comey recommends charges and Lynch refuses this will make Hillary look even worse in the eye of public perception.

Either way it doesn't look good for HRC if Comey recommends charges.

If you think this scandal is just going to fade away without any affect on Hillary's bid for POTUS whatsoever then it is clear you have know idea what's going on in this Country at the moment.

I find it a bit naive that our liberal friends just think this scandal is going to go away.

I can understand they feel no threat to Hillary will come from the Obama White House.

But, James Comey has already showed he is not willing to play ball with the Obama White House and if and when he recommends charges against Hillary, the fact that Lynch most likely will not indict her will be a PR disaster for her.

No opinion on James Comey ......

Head in the sand all the way?
