And just because Comey recommended no criminal charges, that doesn't mean she can't be charged. Another AG could certainly press charges if they wanted to - and I believe they would have a strong case. Even Comey said that Mrs. Clinton was extremely careless with classified information - which is basically just another way of saying she was grossly negligent.

This is not going to change the fact that Trump won the electoral college. But we must have greater confidence in our electoral system. If problems can be spotted and corrected, why would you not want that?

If the situation was reversed you'd be screaming your head off.

Something tells me Trump said he wouldn't go after HRC had nothing to do with his being gracious it had to do with the fact there really was no case. I have said it before, and I will say it again, I want Trump to get his AG to appoint a special prosector, and have that guy/gal do their best. At the end of that last investigation whatever the results I would expect America to accept the results one way or the other. I would think given all that has been done thus far no charges would come out of it but if there is a charge and a conviction I would admit I was wrong. I would hope every other person who as a brain would do so. If on the flip side she is cleared I don't want any excuses either, like well she is too connected, the judge(s) were her friends bla bla bla. These conspiracy theories are stupid as they can be and really are making a sh_t pile of trouble, might as well have anarchy.
