Of course, none of that applies in California where the Democrat legislature has made it illegal to verify your employs' immigration status

That would be more effective than his wall.

Since all you have is old links, I'm gonna guess you aren't aware of anything current on the matter.

So, I'll put you down as a "no", unless you come up with something current.

Of course not, illegals are the ultimate scapegoat for the rich greedy scum in this country. They rob this country blind, just blame it on illegals. The banks robbed the country blind, caused worldwide economic collapse that destroyed many people, and illegals are blamed. 1 person went to jail for that criminal activity, they were bailed out, and they are right back with their fraudulent and predatory ways.

And too many americans are dumbshits that continue to buy it. Why do you think they hate science and education, they want future population of dumbshits so they can continue to rob the country.

    Ms. Amelia,

The President is enforcing all current laws, and is going after sanctuary cities.

He can only do so much in the short time he has been given.

I can see how Democrats would LOVE that.

Just imagine how loyal the Illegal vote will be, if they are only allowed Welfare, and not jobs.

    BRILLIANT thinking!

And so are Democrats and some strange reason Union management is against enforcement as well.

He probably hasn't even made a move to eliminate all such workers in businesses he owns.

and no, Republicans will never enforce e-verify against employers. That is not how they roll, they go after the "takers", not the blessed "makers". You know that, you believe that and you swear by that, you are a Republican, right?
Except that no POTUS has prosecuted employers for these crimes, including Obama.

Those who hire illegals should be held accountable. But would like to see the penalty element be graduated. The practice of hiring undocumented workers has become so common and ingrained in our society that it going to take a little time to undo. There needs to be a practical/realistic approach to the problem.

First offense should be a fine and a warning. That should be the wake-up call. A second or third offense penalty would be notably harsher.
So, in your view, the state owns the jobs? Is that what you mean?

First offense should be prison. They know they are breaking the law. But it saves them on labor, so it's worth the risk.
