Bernie understood what was going on and tried to get Democrats to listen. Not enough did. We have the GOP with the House, the Congress, the majority of governorships, and the majority of state legislatures, and Democrats thought that sticking with the status quo was a good idea.

I'm also done being the whipping boy (girl) for all those frustrated Democrats who need someone to blame and can't blame their own party for their losses.

In 2012, I was a Romney voter. In 2016, I didn't vote for the GOP candidate, so that was one less vote that Democrats needed to make up for.

Also, I voted for every Democrat on the ballot except the one at the top, and they all lost. I did my part to try to give the Democratic party control of the Senate, and they just couldn't do it.

So you guys can just fume and fuss and take shots without my cooperation. Democrats have been losing support and seats for the past 7 years, and they didn't figure out why or do anything to fix it.

That wasn't Bernie's fault. That wasn't my fault.

That was years ago and she was defending her HUSBANDS policy. She has since changed her stance and APOLOGIZED. You know Madeline you may want to take a page out of her book and admit you made a big mistake. You don't want to be like Trump that is incapable of admitting he made a mistake. Trump looks like a fool and is simply too full of HUBRIS. In my mind this is among one of the deadliest sins a person can make, especially as they age.

You are deluded....just the way she likes her voters.

Sophomoric. You do know Hillary was not the President and you do know that the law was passed by Congress and signed by President BILL Clinton with the parents of the black child whose death sparked the law present. That law enforcement bastardized it and that it wasn't well thought out is obvious but then again WTF does the spouse of the president have to do with passing a law that everyone called for coast to coast to avenge the murder by a gang of a mere child. See that is how you lose me. You have a blind spot and make no sense at times on this subject. Your hate of Hillary is way out of control to the point you are questioned.

Watch what she DOES, not what she SAYS. The prison industrial complex threatens every American's financial well being and the physical security of every poor American. What reforms did Hillary propose to undo the harm she "apologized" for?

    None.

She wouldn't meet with BLM and even had them thrown out of one of her events.

"Whoops" is not a response. It's camoflague.

Yeah, I was also a Bernie person. I think he's the best combination of statesman and progressive. He displayed more heart than any candidate in recent memory. He wants to bring folks together on a human level and he wants the US to join the rest of the free world in education, healthcare, tax fairness and just about all the issues I care about. Too bad we had this legacy of Hillary to split the ticket. Maybe next time. I certainly hope so. Best wishes for next time.
