Wrong. I don't like the alt-right because they are White Nationalists.

Oh no, a You Tube video that shows one person doing a stupid thing.

But if that is the standard you want to go with - every time a conservative does something stupid then they are "Unhinged" and therefore that makes all Conservatives unhinged.

    smh.

I like Jake Tapper and that's about it. Anderson Cooper lost all credibility a long time ago, but I used to like his show.

I like World News with David Muir on ABC. Gives a basic rundown every night and there is no time for speculating and droning. I think he does a good job of quickly presenting the cliff notes of both sides of a story.

If I want to know more I have to use the computer.

I can hardly understand how any of you could even tolerate listening to this shit, much less find meaning and entertainment in it.

I have an idea which of you have this shit playing 24/7. And I can say, now I understand why you start countless threads fixating obsessively on Trump. It's because you are feeding this shit to your brain around the clock.

What I don't understand is why you keep doing it, and why you haven't snapped out of it and realized you need to turn this shit off. It's exhausting.
What? No Fox News. Did you hear about Bill O'Reilly? And we thought Trump was the only one Grabbing Pussy.

I believed the story of how the 'civil war' came about watching this guy on CNN every night until I started ......... thinking! How does this guy get in and out of Syria? They would not allow this. That is when I started seeking alternated sources for information. Not just away from CNN, ALL of the Western media outlets peddling this lie.

It seemed reasonable. The police taking those children was a match to a flame. A bomb, really, when supposedly peaceful protesters were gunned down in the streets. The Arab Spring cause moderate opposition in Syria to rise up. So on and so forth the tale seemed quite real.

    But it wasn't.

And here is Anderson Cooper starting to plant the seeds into the American Psyche every night in 2011. It went on for months, every single night, until this guy was proved to be a FAKE.

Now it's like the buzz leading up to the Iraq war. Yeah, yeah I've seen this movie before. I know how it ends.

You're so full of it. Did you vote for Trump because of his stance against NATO? Or was it because he wanted to drain the swamp? Or was it his stance against China and the way they were manipulating their currency? Maybe it was the Drain the Swamp promise? Or was it because he was going to make Mexico pay for the wall. Or was it his love affair with Putin and his "wouldn't it be great if we got along with Russia."

Trump reversed his stance on every single one of the issues listed above. You got scammed, not us. You are the ones that are unhinged.

    You're a funny guy @John T Ford. A funny, funny, funny guy.

They're the ones that got scammed, not us. They're too dumb and uneducated to realize it. That's what Trump wanted. Dumb voters.

I have an Aunt that only reads from sources that tell her what she already believes. A lot of people do that. But she admits it, which is rare, ime. She says 'it is comforting to me'. And that is fine. We keyboard warriors are not changing the world.

Some of us want to know truth, as near as we can get to it anyway, for varying reasons. Some people just want to believe what they believe and not be challenged since what can be done anyway? Peace of mind.

My father strikes a very nice balance imo. He reads and listens from different sources and knows more of reality than most people, viewing everything said by anyone critically and always wanting both sides.

But he doesn't let it eat up his mind. On here to often we get way too upset when other people don't agree with us. We act like someone is going to ask PH members what do we think? And proceed accordingly. We argue as if our conclusions matter to anyone!

A reverse mortgage is not always a scam. It depends on a lot of factors. It would have helped my mother live her last years more comfortably if she didn't have heirs to think about and frankly I wish that she didn't. Her plaintive voice will ring forever in my ear, 'Are you worried about your half?' No, I am not, Mom. But [my brother] will have no place to live if you do that.

I will never forget her feeling that I cared more about 'my half' of HER house over her (then) current living standard.
