What the hell is guaranteed anymore? Gov't workers get laid off with the change in management or party all the time. It's not like it was 20 0r 30 years ago. Plus you know the new thing is to put people on contract and if it is under 2 years they don't transfer to permanent. The gov't lays them off and then calls them back like a yoyo so they are not permanent and not getting seniority. Something the gov't learned from private business.

As for Mr. Tillerson, he probably works more hours in a month than you do in a year.
You don't have a clue what your talking about but thanks for playing. PS If you are still working how the hell do you have soo much time to be on this forum? Tell me what your designation is as an engineer.

Government is passe to the alt-right. That is why the have forgotten how to govern. When was it ever going to be needed.

Oppose and obstruct everything is not a winning game plan. As is evident with the current disaster in the WH.

He's like a big dumb dog roaming the streets at night getting into everyone's trash can...and his owners don't know what to do with him.

I am semi retired and have the luxury of time. When I worked full time I didn't have time to be on forums at all. Hence my question to you, what's your designation?

Really has nothing to do with this thread. No body turned down Obama for any job offer he made. Daschel wasn't even aware of his tax filing errors (which isn't a crime unless you fail to correct it on purpose and don't pay the taxes owed along with the interest) which he did. Daschel resigned because he didn't want to distract from the President's Agenda. Got a better example because that one was not a real "NO. I DON"T WANT TO WORK FOR YOU " Next.

    Ms. Eve,

Wow, I can't wait until I'm retired so I can do the things I want. Way down on the list is sitting inside banging out opinions on my computer...

Right now, the only time I am doing that is when I am on break. I already told you that I am a consulting engineer (sadly stuck in the office until my project starts).
