Well, if Mark Dice say it it must be true. By the way, who the fuck is Mark Dice?

Since the investigation is continuing, there is no obstruction of justice.

as if Comey is in any position to make threatening insinuations. King webby would have him dragged on the stand to testify under oath in front of television cameras toot sweet. open season, buddy boy. If the cowards in congress let him get away with insinuating he has something over someone, they're just as much of a stooge as he is.

On May 3, 2017, in front of a Congressional panel, FBI Director James Comey responded to questions by Senator Mazie Hurano Democrat from Hawaii.
Hirano: "So, if the Attorney General, or senior officials at the Department of Justice, opposes a specific investigation, can they halt that FBI investigation?"
    Comey "In theory, yes."
    Hirano "Has that happened?"
Comey "Not in my experience. Because it would be a big deal to tell the FBI to stop doing something without an appropriate purpose. We are often times, they give us opinions, that 'we do not see a case there, so you should stop investing resources in it.' But I am talking about a situation where we were told to stop something for a political reason. That would be a very big deal. It has not happened in my experience".

Problem is Comey has not followed the law instead he made it impossible for the DOJ to charge Hillary

Under the law, Comey is required to notify his superiors in the Department of Justice if anybody, including the President, attempts to obstruct justice. It is a crime for Comey to fail to do so. So the question is, 'Did he notify DOJ?' There is no evidence that he did. It is more likely because he would be in legal jeopardy for failing to report, that Comey will say, 'It was an uncomfortable and disconcerting conversation, but it didn't rise to the level of the specific intent required by obstruction of justice. The language that Mr. Trump used was vague, ambiguous and elliptical', and if he says that when he testifies, that he didn't think that it was obstruction, he is essentially clearing President Trump. If he says, 'Yea, I thought it was obstruction', and he didn't report it, he is looking at charges, criminally, and time behind prison".

Please don't just dismiss this because it was reported on FNC. Judge it on the provable facts.
Comey told congress no one tried to influence the investigation or interfere with it

I suspect he talked to one or two people in other Intelligence Agencies and reported it to them. Its part of documenting evidence by telling someone else your account of the meeting or phone call as close to the evident as possible. Comey is smart, he has probably recorded who the person or persons were he told and has details like the time and place he told them.
If there was obstruction why no charges?
