Thanks ...but some might look at it as hand feeding them research. But with all of the junk that is out there today, research to a newbie can be overwhelming. There is so much, I get duped by it sometimes.

The worst are the advertisements. Some of those sites will post a realistic article about a condition or disease and at the end they are trying to sell you something.

I know - but your giving them the skills to do research in the future. And let's face it - all jobs do require being good at that skill.

I started watching "Whats with Wheat?" on Netflix last week. The first 3/4s of it were informative and interesting. Then the last little part turned into this paleo diet thing. lol

Right wingers everywhere wouldn't know conservatism if it was spelled out for them.

you are right getting a job does not require being good at the skill,, KEEPING the job on the other hand does.

We hire new graduates in Medical Technology all the time... if they don't take what they learned in College and put that into actually being skillful at the profession, they don't last long.

Being really good at RESEARCH is what most companies expect of their employees.

I am hired to build a house, and all I do is research on what nail to use and cannot drive a nail.. I would be as useless as tits on a boar hog.

plus if you are hired to do Research you best have the Skill to do proper and accurate research.

(My Daughter worked for Deutsche Bank in risk management she researched the risk and potential of investments, if you screwed up you could cost the bank millions)
