I ran across some absolute scumbags in my almost 9 years.

To know that, one would have had to serve, too....versus conspicuously signal their fake virtue from the sidelines for cheap political points.
Nope!! Our Vets are perfect and should always be respected. They do no wrong in my eyes.

In the realm of politics, 'military service' (an 'identity', if you will) is sorta like Schrodinger's Cat...it can be both good and bad depending on a political party's needs of the moment. One day, they're criminals and baby killers, the next day, it's OUTRAGEOUS to criticize them.

In an unearthed interview from 1997, Donald Trump claimed he was a “brave soldier” for avoiding STDs during his single years in the late ’90s.
“It’s amazing, I can’t even believe it. I’ve been so lucky in terms of that whole world, it is a dangerous world out there. It’s like Vietnam, sort of. It is my personal Vietnam. I feel like a great and very brave solider,” Trump said in the interview when Howard Stern asked how he handled*making sure he wasn’t contracting STDs from the women he was sleeping with. ----people.com

    Way to go to extremes.

But we all note -- even you apparently -- that two who do NOT belong in that list are John McCain and Richard Blumenthal.

Mr. Bone Spur is out of line. As usual.

Republicans change their mind more often than they change their underwear.

Trump is the g-d Commander in Chief!!!
Trashing of ANY military, active or veteran is NOT acceptable.
There's a special place in hell for Trump dismissing the value
    of transgender soldiers, too.
