Basically it sounds like a giant FU to Putin.

If you can't see the sarcasm in Trumps words that is your partisanship.

Face it, Trump is no friend of Putin and its pissing off the left.

LOL with the lame "he was just being sarcastic" meme.

That seems to be a "thing" today on this board....I guess as a way to divert from the fact that BLOTUS is a moron?

Its probably a meme because its true.

What you are saying is that there is absolutely nothing Trump could ever do or say that would change your mind.

He signed sanctions and he's being sarcastic to Putin.

Look at what's happening in front of your eyes instead of trying to find excuses.

Seriously, Trump could bomb Moscow and you would find a way to turn it into a love affair between Trump and Putin.

Imagine spending your career putting your life at risk serving your country, representing it to other nations, then having a hostile nation expel you, and your President thanks them as he lays you off!

The good news is that most being fired (400 or so) are Russians and other expats working service jobs, not Americans.

The State Department has a ton of vacancies as I understand it, why are people that are skilled going to be let go entirely?

He signed them because he knew they were veto proof.

You need to look at what is happening right in front of you..he has never had one bad thing to say about Putin. Which is unprecedented.
