Only by supporters of war crimes and there is no difference between preemptive and aggressive....which is the whole point of this topic.

I'm sure Hitler thought his attacks on France and Russia were preemptive.

Afghanistan and Grenada could be considered as aggression.
    That is simply false.

    That is a lie.

Following is an alphabetical listing by state of how each senator voted on President Bush's Iraq resolution. A "yes" vote was a vote to grant President Bush the power to attack Iraq unilaterally. A "no" vote was a vote to defeat the measure. Voting "yes" were 29 Democrats and 48 Republicans. Voting "no" were 1 Republican, 21 Democrats, and 1 Independent.

You do know that 48 is more than 29, right? Seriously, dude. Quit fucking LYING.

The war Resolution was SPONSORED BY TOM DASHEL. The war was started by a democrats Senate and a Republican house.. and Was given justification by a Democrat running the CIA..

Nothing you can say can change that HILLARY HAD MORE TO DO WITH THE STARTING OF THE WAR than Bush, Because Presidents cannot start wars.

A STRONG majority of the Democrats serving in Congress in 2003 voted AGAINST going to war with Iraq.

A STRONG majority of the Republicans serving in Congress in 2003 voted in FAVOR of going to war with Iraq.

As Rick Perry might say, OOPS.

I thought it was Presidents in the US that declared war on other countries? Like FDR declared war on Japan after Pearl Harbor, with his "This day will live on in infamy" speech?
