Can we stop pretending Trump supporters are good people and call them out for the big

Can we stop pretending Trump supporters are good people and call them out for the bigots that they are?

That is why they really voted for him. Their hate of mexicans, blacks and other minorities led them come out of their caves and vote for a white supremacist. All that talk abour bringing jobs back, the TPP...etc is just a cover for their true bigotry.

Some may say that there are minorities that voted for Trump. We'll every group has sell outs and traitors. Most of them are self hating.

It is time liberals stop pretending Trump voters are good people that can be won over. They are not. They have no redeeming qualities.

Liberals should just focus on increasing turn out of the young, independent and other minorities that stayed home or voted third party in 2016. That is the key to winning.

    No.

This sort of divisive, holier than thou nonsense is going to give Trump 4 more years.

Also, what makes you think "the young, independent and other minorities" are going to vote D if they turn out? You aren't offering them anything... you just want them to vote for you by default. The next party that comes to the table without finger pointing and with new ideas is the one that's going to generate excitement among voters... and I have no idea which party that might be.

Then,Chief, explain to me how long are we to pretend so many of the Trump supporters support these thugs?

We have been silent too long. Electing Trump has emboldened the hate groups. And Trump is not helping by blaming both sides. He is feeding them as he did in the campaign.

The rust belt can give a shit about punks marching at UVA. The people that voted for Trump because they believed he was going to affect change in the Rust belt have moved on.

Unless they vote Trump in 2020 to try again

Well, I have to wonder how many have moved on.

No,the anger and hate goes much deeper. People are angry because they have failed to move on. It is much easier to hate,be angry, blame some one than it is to pick yourself up,get a grip, try something new.

A good share of those who voted for Trump are dependent on the very programs that Trump and Republicans want to kill. They deflect the hate from themselves and blame others.always looking for the big deal, someone who will lift them up. It is a very vicious circle. They will be applauding the white supremists.

Much like an addicted gambler, alcoholic, drug user. You can see it right here on this board. They are actually backing the white supremists.

The only hate that I'm seeing in abundance, is for the Trump supporters, at times it's downright frightening.

This isn't Trump supporters these are hate mongers. Now, I fear the divide in our county with the violence from the Far Left and the this type of movement. The Good people Trump and Hillary supporters will be caught in the crossfire.

This type of action is why LAW abiding people need to have the right to be armed, as we see this type of violence can happen anytime anywhere.

Well, then you need new glasses. The White supremists are the problem. If you can not see that hate I can not help you. All I know right now is that 3 people are dead, many others injured and the instigators were white supremists and Trump supporters. They made that clear.

Your trying to deflect to the other side is your problem. It will also be your undoing,in the end.

Trump has a history of sexual assaulting women, cheating people in business and encouraging violence.....all the while protected by his team of expensive lawyers.
Cheated people out of their life savings at Trump Univ, was sued by the DOJ for discriminating against Blacks and proof will be coming that he has committed crimes that he needs to finally be held accountable for.

Fuck Trump and the GOP that inflicted him on our country!
