If the deputies have access to a database reporting an outstanding warrant, why wouldn't they have access to the information related to the content of that warrant??

    Sort of weird that.

And since your only posts have been to defend this idiocy, one can only assume you think it's a good idea. If not, then why defend it?

My link was to Florida ARREST WARRANTS. Read the link. It clearly states the offense is listed.

It's the nature of the bench warrant. A bench warrant is issued for the offense of "Failure to Appear". It doesn't list the underlying cause for which the person was expected to appear.

It does: Failure to Appear. Thought I was pretty clear about that. Bench warrants are separate issuances from whatever original offence you were supposed to appear in court over.

No, you are free to lie as much as he does. You are giving him a run for his money.

"Sex offenders/predators will not be allowed in".

If the offense isn't listed on the arrest warrant, how would they know someone is a sex offender?

I see nowhere where he says "bench" warrant.

They do, since the offense is required to be listed on the arrest warrant.

Czerno has inserted his own words into this...."bench warrant".

One would presume the sex offenders registry.
