I don't like Hillary and held my ground about voting the less of two evils.
She was definitely the less of two evils though.

You ever think if Bernie supporters did vote for Trump it may be because they were screwed by their own party?

    Just asking ....
My post had nothing to do with why Hillary lost. It was about Bernie backers voting for Trump.

Truthfully it may be good for the Country exposing the Republican Congress do nothings. Mitch made a serious mistake trying to tell Trump what to do, since it was clear Mitch is incapable of leading. Trump now knows who he can work with.
A life long Democrat,Schumer is a long time friend.

Mitch and Trump have had several shouting matches. Trump called him impotent.

There is that. Even if Pence becomes President,he now knows he will need Democrats to get anything done..

    How can that be?

I would say HRC is as unpopular as Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were.

Although they had their supporters too.

Exactly and the anti-establishment message was "America First".

I would say that is partially true.

The GOP is "impotent" because they are no different than the Democratic Party when it comes to agenda.

However, looking to the Democratic Party to "get anything done" will not work.

They are simply the other leg of the same broken man.

Did you ever watch the History Channel where Carnegie and Rockefeller wanted Teddy Roosevelt to be VP because that would neuter him and his Trustbusting?

Bad mistake,he became President and broke their cartel.

You may just be facing the same thing by being so smug about electing Trump, a life long Democrat who turned to Democrats to pass anything. Your party may have just neutered themselves.

I was never impressed with Schumer, but he did get the disaster funding and short term Debt rise.

Republicans are now working with Democrats to fix our health care.

Listened to Kasich/ Hickenlooper on CSPan this morning. Then we also have the Problem Solvers in the House. Mitch and his no flunkies are impotent for now.

Did you think the disaster fund would not get passed?

Do you think the Democrats are any more interested in fixing the disastrous Obamacare law than the GOP?

After all the Democrats were the architects of this law that was forced on the American people.

Thinking the Democrats are going to work with Trump in saving the American people sounds a bit naive to me.

90 House Republicans refused to vote for disaster relief. Two from Fla, several from your home state.iit would never have passed if Dems had not voted for it without Democratic votes.

This is a case of working together and if they keep it up,it will be to our benefit. I do not care who gets credit. I just want problems solved. That makes me different than you. When it comes to solving problems, party be damned.
    Thanks from Dragonfly5

    As does Agent Orange.
If he's found guilty of treason, I'm all for the same demise that the Rosenberg's endured.
