My town ranked safest town in the state

So much for argument by Trump that we need to send the rapists, drug dealers, etc. back to Mexico as up to 40 percent of my town is hispanic. At least last time I checked. Very good honest hardworking people from my contact with them.

No way in hell would any criminal worth his salt waste away his skullduggery skills in your town The most common crime would have to be car thievery, as wannabe crooks steal a car to get to someplace less boring

Oh come on now Indiana didn't even make the 10 safest states. VT, ME and NH are the safest. Dullsville! The most exciting thing here is a farmer got in trouble for not securing his goats and they got out on the highway! Big time excitement..

    Car thievery?

Yep, considering the entire city is made up of 2.38 sq miles - could be outta town in the blink of an eye.

You're stereotyping people. Good people do come from Mexico. However, with the good come the not-so-good.

The thing is, as a nation, we need an "actual" immigration policy. What we have is America's wealthy cramming as many people in the country as possible in an effort to keep wages low. There's a reason wages have been flat in this country for decades. Those flat wages are hurting American workers as well as our recent immigrants.

Just why is that such a difficult concept to come to terms with?

Yes, opioid abuse has greatly increased crime. We even got a notice in our homeowners insurance this year, that due to higher crime all our rates were rising quite dramatically. Its mostly been break ins for money or theft. Although a kid down the road did tie up his grandfather and beat him up because he refused to give him money for heroin.
