Again, we are in total agreement. From a layman's perspective, my reference to "technicalities" was singularly regarding the judge's decision regarding the responsible party for legal fees. I must perceive that he did so because he viewed it as technically appropriate or required. Given the rather distasteful consequences of his decision, I must believe that he felt his hands were legally tied.

    (Maybe you missed that.)
So what was the point of your post? I missed that. Never mind.

Did I say that it wasn't up to the voters of Kentucky?

Your point in your original post was that you didn't say something? So there was no point to the first post. Head shake.

You lose. her ass should be sued for every penny this bs is costing the taxpayer, and she should have been fired long time ago.

Don't you agree with me that her reelection, or not, is up to the voters of Kentucky?

And that we are all free to comment on THEIR election?

    And, lastly...ain't America great?

Yes, we know how you all on the left feel. But Davis still has her religion regardless of her workplace. And guess what, you all jailed her and she still won't sign a marriage license for a same sex couple. Still won't. Believers are dangerous. They actually changed Kentucky law rather than compel her to sign them.
