Nobody is imitating Nazi Brownshirts in this country today.

Violence is not ALWAYS per se wrong.

I think a large number of folks have a hard time telling the difference.
No. Hopefully nobody tries to seriously touch that one. Freedom of the Press has often been cited as the most precious freedom we have.

The data/information/facts are out there. The Government can't/shouldn't regulate the population to use their brain to sift through the news. It's not that difficult to separate facts from opinion. Just seems there are a lot of people too lazy to do so.

I think when Trump got elected despite the tape of him making essentially a confession of being a serial sexual predator it angered a lot of women. Young woman, up to then, thought the world was fair. That started essentially the older women saying fuck that. These old perverts are going to be outed and fuck if their positions of power are going to scare us anymore. Too little too late for many people. The young ones took the bullshit the rest of us had to put up with for granted and it shows. Apparently they were under the impression it’s been the way it is today for women forever. Little do the young ones know we had to put up with a lot of shit to open the doors they walk through today with no problem. What is being talked about today is what women had to put up with back then. Fight the man off but don’t anger him or else. The mentality in Alabama is the mentality of all of America thirty years ago. That mentality is ‘hey a man tries to get what he can wherever he can from whatever female he can.’

Which she is, and always has been, but Weiner made it impossible to pretend differently.

No. That isn't why he is in jail. Just stop.

Moderates are dangerous to an election because they can be swayed and do not align themselves totally with a party. They are most of the time bipartisan.
It is all a little disturbing.

But the degree of the problem is somewhat distorted by the explosion of social media and the volume of 24 hour cable news channels. They combine to magnify relatively small events to appear much bigger than they actually are.

You could espouse standard moderate policies from 45 years ago and people would call you a radical leftist. That should tell us something.
That's an interesting prism you see the world through....

    Unless you consider evangelicals "radical"

Alabama evangelicals say by a 9-point margin they’re more likely to support Roy Moore after sexual misconduct allegations.

I'm sorry, but I cannot condone the standover tactics of Antifa or the WN. Standover tactics were the hallmark of the Brownshirts.
