Yeah, Sure... The Tea Party Was ALL ABOUT The Deficit

Yeah, I know, the Tea Party came about right after Obama came on the scene. Yeah, they carried racist signs and chanted about impeaching the usurper. Yeah, they held up photos of Obama as Hitler. Yeah, they warned he was going to grab our guns and enslave white people.

But, they INSISTED it was all about fiscal conservatism. All about the deficit. Where were they though when Bush was increasing the deficit? Just a coincidence, we were assurred. Yeah, they were concerned then too.

And now, with this new tax reform bill approved that will add 10 trillion to the debt, where is the Tea Party now?

    ::: crickets :::

Yeah, sure, Tea Party... it was all about financial responsibility. Sure, sure...

Actually they came about under Bush due to his skyrocketing deficit caused by the wars.

No, it was about deficit spending period. The Tea Party would not have been happy with any increase to the deficit for any reason. You just cannot bring yourself to criticize anything Trump.

Did I say they would be?

I don't think I did but let me look.

    Nope I never said that.

Here, let me use your tactic of making shit up then accusing you.

"You now dislike Hillary after supporting her all this time or were you just lying then?"

I keep waiting for reports of the Tea Party protests about this new budget that adds trillions to the deficit. I'm sure I must just be missing the reports somewhere.

The left destroyed the Tea Party as an organization with their constant hate barrage against them.

They now just quietly sit back and vote like they did before the big movement.

They still exist, they've just removed themselves from your crosshairs.

Yeah, that must be it. The fact they were stupid had absolutely nothing to do with it.

What the neos have been up to for decades now, is no surprise, even Republicans (as opposed to neo republicans/Tea Partiers/"conservatives".....could see what they were up to, 15 years ago and even before that. G. H. W. Bush called it VOODOO economics. Who COULDN'T see, even then, just how VOODOO it was? The greedy are greedy for a reason, they lack the capacity to recognize when enough is enough and far MORE than enough for what they need to live not only in comfort, but luxury.

The problem seems to be that for a segment of the American population, being informed beyond hearsay, rumors and gossip and educating one's self, much less striving for good education, is NOT on their radar. That stuff is for "elites" according to them and the extents to just where this has led is not just the person we now have in the White House, but all the factors that led to that happening and the dumbing down of this nation.

To think or believe that someone like Donald Trump was somehow, NOT an "elitist" or a member of what that sector of America has taught themselves to believe or been told to believe are "elite" is just plain absurd. Donald Trump was brought up with silver spoon in his mouth, lived in a gold gilded penthouse apartment (above all the riff raff) before moving into the place he called "a dump". Golf journalist: At least 8 people heard Trump call the White House a ?dump? | TheHill

He was 70 years old when elected President, settled at least one court case against him for fraud, for the sum of 25 million dollars, was caught talking about non consensual sex and cheating on his current wife on an audio tape, is an admitted adulterer (is that all about being HONEST????) His Foundation was found to be "self dealing" and there is LOTS more. How the hell did ANYONE believe in the slightest that Trump could, in ANY possible way, represent low and middle class people, all the Christians that voted for him, even as they also support the "Defense of Marriage" (DOM) and barring homosexuals from marrying (adultery somehow is NOT a sin at least as equally terrible or worse?).

When there are people in the nation that are either so depraved of something they can't see and/or feel NO shame or concept of their hypocrisy and how upside down what they are doing is, HOW do you flip things back, upside right? How does America as a whole, get back to where up means up, down means down, instead of where we seem to be now, where down is up and black is white, sin is virtue and virtue is a sin???? If people cannot even recognize or simply ignore wrongs, because to recognize them or take action to prevent them, it would get in the way of their personal profit, where does anyone think this nation is going to go, but down? It's not strange for the greedy, but for those that have real values, that tell them any "gain" is ill gotten and ignoring or trading any or all values away to "win" something, like power and money makes no logical sense as one simply trades one loss, for another. The choice is to keep their values and be consistent in them and perhaps NOT become rich and powerful in some ways while others trade away their values (and everyone else's if they license themselves to forego them, everyone gets to). The current attitude of some, seems to be all about licensing themselves to do whatever the hell they like, while at the same time feeling offended when someone feels "free" to do the same toward them, but it hurts them.

I see and hear all too many people complaining about how someone treated them shabbily, then they run out and do the same thing to someone else. How is it there are so many that can't seem to connect or refuse to connect those dots? Was it eras like the one we're living in that had so many observing what was going on and coming up with the same adage about doing unto others, what they would like others to do unto them?

Interesting isn't it, that rarely does one get any actual details and facts to back up the memes and contentions floated here by people who support or shill for, the very things that hurt them the most.

Republicans could see the NEO republican BS......and many have spoken up about it.

THE WAY WE LIVE NOW: 6-8-03; Deficits and Dysfunction - The New York Times

Democrats and Republicans alike, INCREASE spending. The difference is the Democrats try to raise the revenue needed to pay for any increases. Neo republicans as the above article, BY a REPUBLICAN, mentions, seem to think increasing spending while reducing revenue is somehow magically going to work to cut deficits instead of INCREASE them.
