My daughter's father told her dates up front that if they didn't treat her right, they's be answering to him. He never needed to kick anyone's ass after that.

A lot of young men now never meet the father of their dates.

But some things are more gray. Is asking a woman out a second time harassment? I mean it could be. Or maybe the guy genuinely believed her when she said she was busy that night the first time she asked, when she was really just trying to decline him without hurting his feelings. Which she might have done for fear that he'd freak out at being told no. It's complicated.

If a woman takes offense at something I say that's her problem.

I'm not walking on eggshells around them.

If I want to tell a buddy at work a joke about tits then I will, sorry if it offends the women.

    They'll get over it.
HR should be ensuring the company gets over having you around real soon.

You're completely wrong. This is not some new development for women. This didn't just start suddenly happening because of PC police or feminists whatever it is you're suggesting.

    Go ahead, report me!
Dude, I would not ever dream of reporting you. You have way too much value to this site as an unintentional comedian.

    Oh, here's a funny story:

Halloween back in 2003 I was driving to work dressed as a woman. I witnessed a physical assault (not funny at all) when a man struck his girlfriend. I immediately stopped the car and yelled at the man to knock it off. He said "fuck you." I jumped out the car and ran after the prick and if I had caught him, I was going to whip his ass good! He ran inside (like the true coward he was) and I stood out front of his house and called the police on my cell. When the cop got there, he said to me "Are you OK, ma'am?"

In the end, the gal did not want to press charges and even lied to protect him.

On behalf of women (I AM coming to their defense) KISS THEIR COLLECTIVE ASSES!
    You're doing it online? Impressive.

    FACT!
OK, just because you pee your pants when a guy is bigger than you, please don't paint the rest of us with that brush.

If its about the children, then there are other ways to handle that.

A woman in my church was shot by her ex-husband when he came to pick up the kids for the weekend.

There is always doubt. Male and female interactions just aren't that simple.

And that proves it's okay that women continue walking on eggshells and men should be given a break? Really? I don't think you're absorbing what life is like for women. Which isn't to say that men don't have problems, too. But they've been given a pass for making life one huuuuuuuuuuge eggshell walk for women since the beginning of time. We start pushing back and you guys whine like little babies.

Should that woman have pressed charges, probably. But you have no real understanding of her life. Maybe she's dependent on him to help support her kids and if he goes to jail she loses that paycheck. WTH do you know about it?
    Thanks from Dangermouse and Isalexi
