Don't forget that a good portion of this country is in ACTUAL support of these predators. The GOP will have to have a yuuuuuge island to be on, since about 50-60 million folks will remain loyal to these sickos.

They're not sickos. They just like their women pure. All the good ones were already taken. And the bad ones were sullied. Nothing available over the age of 14 round these parts. What would you have men do...consort with women of low character, tainted by another man??

You know...like this 14-year-old will be in a couple of years when I'm done with her.

    Nothing sick about it.

    What a great parting speech.

A brave man admitted he did wrong, apologized for doing wrong, respected the accusers, drew a bright red line, and stepped away so as not to be a distraction from the fight that he believes in. Now Republicans can sit and marinate in the filth from their pussy-grabber and their child molester they voted for while knowing full well that those "men" were scum.

He actually didn't do any of that.

I also think it gave some people the false impression that I was admitting to doing things that, in fact, I haven’t done. Some of the allegations against me are simply not true. Others, I remember very differently.
I am proud that during my time in the Senate I have used my power to be a champion of women, and that I’ve earned a reputation as someone who respects the women I work alongside every day. I know there’s been a very different picture of me painted over the last few weeks, but I know who I really am.
Serving in the United States Senate has been the great honor of my life. I know in my heart that nothing I have done as a senator — nothing — has brought dishonor on this institution. And I am confident that the ethics committee would agree.
These are not the statements of a man who is penitent.

This is the stuff that shouldn't matter in these types of situations. Franken should step down and whether he is eventually replaced by a dem or rep shouldn't factor in. Same for Moore. Anyone using the defense that they supported the child molester, but only because they didn't want the other party to get the seat or because the governor will handpick his replacement, is still a child molester supporter.

He made some face-saving statements in addition to what I said.

And then he resigned over relatively mild actions done in the culture of modern entertainment. They were mild for that culture. They are mild for the kinds of things that Republicans are doing and still being elected afterward.

He drew the bright red line that I wanted to see from Democrats.

But go ahead and keep pretending there's not a difference between Al Franken's stand-up behavior and the Republican filth.

I won't argue about it. I am pleased and impressed by Franken. That's all.

But you still have a proven molester in the WhiteHouse. What is your party doing about that?

You think replacing Moore will make the shame on your party go away?

Thank you,Amelia. We took the high road while Republicans still have the worst in office.

No, Trump is not a proven child molester. Until now I was not even aware that he was an alleged child molester.

That's the problem when people lie so compulsively it becomes easier to just ignore the insanity than parsing the fact from fiction coming from them.

Macduff. You know that is not true.many of us were appalled at Clinton.

Why do you keep going back to the 1990’s when you have a self confessed molester in office right now? How about we talk about Trump and Moore?
