So when a few FBI agents don't like the president and discuss that with each other; in Trump's world that means that they should be fired from their jobs.

Now these texts that two people exchanged in private not only impacted their careers, but also is causing a large scale attack on their entire organization. This is Trump World. How long until they undo your protections sufficiently that the bill of rights is defacto repealed?
The agents should not be fired for their actions. But it seems reasonable they would be removed from the case.

If your charged with a crime and the presiding Judge was on record stating that he/she really disliked you....it is very likely the courts would allow/insist you were assigned a different judge.

    And there you have it.

Sorry, but you are at least as divisive as you believe the so called left to be. Don't even bother complaining about it, when you clearly relish it so much.

I am not against it being considered... but imo, it has to be demonstrated that it impacted their performance. If we actually knew every thing that anyone said, who would be left with zero political opinions to work the investigation? I mean to be fair, we have to get rid of those in favor of Trump and those against Trump. The FBI employees 35,000 people. Where can we find that many politically indifferent people?

Not sure their affair is germane to the larger question.

He was terminated from Mueller's cabal because of texts that Mueller read prior to being made public, not because they were made public. Being made public is irrelevant to his dismissal.

Part acquiring and keeping a security clearance is the potential for blackmail. Strzok worked in counter intelligence and his wife is an attorney at the Securities Exchange Commission. Strzok and Lisa Page were having an affair. That is germane.

My posts are generally matter of fact, to the point, and devoid of anything personal. Yours was personal as is this post of yours. That will not work with me.

That exchange was private, and without proof that either agent changed their conduct from the standards of professionalism in accordance with the distaste they had for Trump, I don't think there's a crime or even a disciplinary offense.

If General A tells General B he hates Trump in a private conversation, but carries out his orders faithfully, has he violated the law?
The exchanges were not private. They were on FBI phones, on FBI time, and by law, had to be saved and available. Your issue should be with Mueller as he is the one who dismissed Strzok. I am only explaining why.

Neither will facts, evidence or logical arguments it would seem.

Edit: BTW....everything from your username to your posting style sounds quite pompous to me.
    Are you an atty?
If so, where and when did your graduate law school?

To what? Is there any accompanying evidence of bias? Didn't Strzok also author the late "we're investigating Clinton again" letter of October Surprise...err October? That's anti-Trump?
