I defer again to the DOJ's handbook regarding appearance or perception: https://www.justice.gov/jmd/page/file/190546/download

Your issue is with Mueller, not me. He fired Strzok over the texts. I am only explaining why.

Strzok also changed Comey's draft about Clinton's actions from "grossly negligent" to "extremely careless."

So these two were exposed and they've lost their jobs. Why does this implicate anyone else? Or the investigation?

Neither lost their jobs as of yet. One was moved to human resourses and the other back to the FBI.

I do not know enough of the dots to answer your last two questions properly.
    Thanks from pragmatic

So when a few FBI agents don't like the president and discuss that with each other; in Trump's world that means that they should be fired from their jobs.

Now these texts that two people exchanged in private not only impacted their careers, but also is causing a large scale attack on their entire organization. This is Trump World. How long until they undo your protections sufficiently that the bill of rights is defacto repealed?
They were not discussing it with each other, THEY WERE DISCUSSING HOW they were working with a Foreign Agent (UK Citizen and Ex-spy that was working for the DNC and RUSSIAN intellegence) to RIG an election.

Talking about hating trump isn't a crime, but working with Foreign agents in an attempt to rig an election IS A CRIME.

You mean like the right did over the past eight years by saying Obama was going to put citizens in a FEMA camp (jade helm), or how he brought Ebola over here to kill americans, or how he intentionality let four americans die in Benghazi?

Sorry, but your faux outrage is faux.

If we're arguing simply about two individuals, I don't see why this is worth our time.

only problem it is not about 2 individuals. it is about a Deputy USAG, 2 former FBI Directors, 1 USAG, Russian Intelligence Services, EX British Intelligence Agent, State Department feeding false information to said UK Intelligence officer... And a Member of Congress who's intent was to rig the election that was too stupid to know he was being pranked.

If he let the FBI know, he's doing better than Trump.

There was lots of contact between his campaign and the Russians--and they never told the FBI. It's an open question how much Trump knew about these contacts, but as head of the campaign, he SHOULD have known what was done in his name. When some Russian says "I can give you dirt on Hillary Clinton," the proper response is to tell the FBI, not say "cool, tell me more."

Schiff did the right thing. Trump didn't.
Thanks from Ian Jeffrey and EnigmaO01
