Thanks to CCL passage in 48 States. the Murder rate has dropped from it's Highest level (a result of the Clinton Assault weapon ban) 10.1/100,000 to 4/100,000

Can't really say that for all cities. Cleveland sure doesn't fall into that category. Shootings happen every day in Cleveland. National statistics really don't provide the whole picture. Some cities are more violent than others.

More spin to make an irrelevant false point. Was Tom Petty a suicide? Why did they call it accidental?

the right to bear arms is a CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT.

if the 2nd does not supersede state law,

Then the states can end the protections of the 4th Amendment, and the 5th, and so on.

Are you saying the states have the power to pick and choose which constitutional rights they will honor?

the Right to KEEP (own) and BEAR (Carry) arms (WEAPONS AND MUNITIONS).
Thanks from ptif219 and Otto Throttle

That does not give any power to Congress, however, to require states to honor each other's CHLs.

    Liberals like Mitt Romney?

    Illegal immigrants toiled for governor

    December 1, 2006
SUCHITEPEQUEZ, Guatemala -- Outside his aqua-colored concrete house here, Rene Alvarez Rosales paused under an almond tree to answer questions about a subject with which he has surprising familiarity: Governor Mitt Romney's Belmont lawn.

For about eight years, Rosales said, he worked on and off landscaping the grounds at Romney's home, occasionally getting a "buenos dias" from Romney or a drink of water from his wife, Ann.

"She is very nice," said Rosales, 49.

About 6 miles away in Copado, a 37-year-old man who recently returned to Guatemala from the United States told a similar story, describing long days tending Romney's 2 1/2-acre grounds.

"They wanted that house to look really nice," said the worker, who asked to remain anonymous. "It took a long time."
