You are not any Safer being disarmed the odds of you being murdered is 0.00002;1 while mine is 0.00004:1

But you see most of the murders occur in Cities and Areas where CC is the most limited.

If the answer is yes you are at least being consistant

If you are saying No, then why can the State override the US Constitutional rights of the 2nd amendment but not the 4th?
Dumb question based on your misunderstanding of the constitution.

So you are saying the state can repeal your 4th amendment right.

There is only 1 right in the US Constitution that specificly states it "Shall not be infringed" which right is that?

and it is the Right that you are saying the States can infringe upon.

Obviously there aren't enough narcotics out there to curb narcotic abuse.

Many people that want to ban Guns want to legalize or decriminalize drugs, because bans don't work.

So apparently in the minds of the antigun crowd your statement isn't sarcasm.

You're right. And why should such a state allow other states' licensed drivers to drive there? It should be up to each state if they want to deny New Yorkers the right to drive badly there, honking their horn constantly... God I hate those rude, ignorant people. And don't get me started about Californians...

Should we regulate windows and tall buildings? Poisons? Car exhaust? Guns are a favored method of suicide but people commit suicide at similar rates by other methods where guns aren't available.
