    The AR-15

An estimated 8 million AR-15's in the United States? It is no wonder that the left is pushing so hard to get these weapons banned? If they were successful at getting the AR-15 banned, how would they confiscate those 8 million weapons? The number would actually be far higher because the AR-15 is but one weapon on a list that the left wants to ban. Is this the issue that the Democrats are willing to make the 2018 elections about? Banning the AR-15 and other "assault weapons"? They need something beyond, they are not Trump.

Why the AR-15 keeps appearing at America's deadliest mass shootings

The National Rifle Association has called the AR-15 — the semi-automatic, civilian version of the military’s M-16 — the "most popular rifle in America" and estimates Americans own more than 8 million of them.

Who exactly is talking about mass confiscating the AR15s?

Chances of that happening are pretty slim to none so me thinks you are fearmongering.

No one said a word about confiscating anything. We don't want anymore manufactured or sold. There is no good reason for anyone to own one unless they're in the military.

Okay, so you are not talking about banning the current ones but only future ones? You do realize that makes the 8 million that are already out there worth much more. Tell me again, how would banning them without confiscating make anything safer?

That doesn't answer the question at hand. How would you confiscate 8 million weapons?

Okay, so you are not going to do anything about the 8 MILLION that are already out there. Tell us how that makes the schools safer?

Parkland killer used an AR15.. Which was already banned from sale to the public less that two decades ago. Lifting that ban made it possible to sell it to minors again.

So like magic, you ban the gun and the schools are safe? Lay it out for us. 8 million of these weapons out there, how long does your ban take before schools are safe?

That would be great if they became much more expensive.
