I could not find the actual word "illegals" anywhere in the law. However, it's found in some online dictionaries.

Illegals dictionary definition | illegals defined

However, once again, these definitions ignore the the presumption of innocence until proven guilty in a court of law. And, as stated by the highest court in the land, the deportation process is a civil process. Starting to feel a bit like a Zen Riddle?
    The Watchman,

I do. If an illegal is here, the illegal is here illegally, ergo, he his by definition, illegal.

Illegal (as used in describing immigratns is not a racist term, has nothing to do with skin color).

IT HAS TO DO WITH THE STATUS of their immigration.

If Nichole Kidman did not have a visa to legally, (She may have become a Citizen of the US) she would be illegal.)

ILLEGAL IS NOT A SKIN COLOR... it is did you go through the Department of State and receive permission to immigrate to the US no matter WHERE your nation of origin happens to be.

technically, correct. It's more of a bigoted term than racist. Although, some people use it exclusively to refer to people from south of the border.

    The Watchman,

It is more an entirely accurate term.

However, you assuming that some people use it exclusively to refer to people south of the border is racism on your part.

Calling racism by its proper name is not racism.

    Mr. Dittohead,

Saying only people from south of the border are illegals, like The Watchman did, is racism.

But saying "assuming that some people use it exclusively to refer to people south of the border" is not. It is pointing out the racism of people who use it exclusively to refer to people south of the border.
    Thanks from the watchman

    Mr. Dittohead,

By making that assumption that is not necessarily true, the watchman is showing his racism.

Just the ones who bust our border and laws. Millions & millions of them, if that stains the reputation of the honest legal ones then perhaps they should speak up against illegals too.

Because so many south of the border abuse our laws and border it doesn't help their reputation. Except in your case. Works for you and much of the democrat party.
