    ERMANTOWN, TN (WMC) -
A man has been charged after a gun went off inside a Germantown health clinic Monday morning.

The incident happened at a clinic on Wolf Park Drive around 10:45 a.m.

Officers said 52-year-old Christopher Tucker brought the gun inside the clinic, where he was being seen, and it fell out of his holster. The gun fell to the floor and a bullet fired out of its chamber.

A bullet from the Cobra .38 Derringer went through a wall into another patient's room.

Oroville >> A man facing manslaughter charges allegedly unintentionally shot and killed his longtime friend during a night of partying and joyriding around Oroville on Sunday, prosecutors said.

Noah Gonzales, 25, of Oroville was charged Wednesday in Butte County Superior Court with a felony count of involuntary manslaughter in the Sunday shooting death of 22-year-old Adam Krater.

Gonzales also faces an added allegation he used a handgun in the commission of a crime

They were driving around drinking. How many alcohol related deaths are there each year? 88,000.

It is against the law to use a handgun in a crime.

An AR-15 literally tears up the inside of your body, a knife, not so much.

Also according data, over 10,000 a year die by guns

    Knives, 1064

So not even close, but yeah, I'm used to this lame talking point being used over and over again

If guns are only good for killing why were the academy awards surrounded by armed guards? No one was killed so maybe guns do serve some other mysterious purpose. Likewise politicians surround themselves with armed security, and cops like to carry guns which many never even fire in a whole career. What could possibly be the useful purpose of guns??? Hmmm, only good for killing... I'm stumped.

They should just leave if they aren't welcome, and take the jobs and tax revenue with them.

And yet knives kill far more people than AR-15s, but you don't want to ban knives. I'm just going by FBI statistics, but maybe they're full of shit and you know better.

Again, cars serve another purpose. And driving while drunk will also get you arrested.

You can't read a simple graph?

From your own link (which is outdated btw)

Deaths from Total Firearms - 8,124

    Death from Knives - 1,567

I only brought up the AR-15 because it literally tears up a person from the inside

    Knives do not do that.

Guns have as many purposes as cars.

That is such a specious and illogical comparison. Guns are designed to kill, cars are designed for travel. Car ownership and usage are heavily regulated, guns are not.

An AR-15 does not "literally tears a person apart from the inside."

There are guns for hunting, self-defense, deterrent, sport, competition, collecting, etc.

Car ownership and usage is privilege and under a state's purview. Being armed is a right and not under the federal government's purview according to the Constitution.
    Thanks from Jeremy
