But, back to the subject: this book is about one thing.

    You wanta take a guess?

It's a five letter word, starts with M.

    M _ _ _ _
Comey has a great scam going here. When Stephen Colbert announced to his audience that Comey was fired, they cheered until Colbert instructed them to be upset. All Comey had to do was go after Trump and liberals forgot that they blamed him for Hillary losing.

Have you ever even once in your life posted anything worthwhile? It's always dimwitted little flaming from you. That is what makes you a troll. You are not capable of discussing a topic so you just sit there and throw out little insults as if that makes you one of the adults in the room.

If you object to pride as a sin, I'd think Trump's overweening pride would get more of your attention.

Right...because the reaction of Colbert's audience is representative of the whole country, of course.

Comey appears to me to be a guy really interested in doing the right thing. You can call any number of things he did naive or foolish or even above his pay grade, but a "scam?" No, that's just self-serving blather. What's strange is that you aren't even serving yourself here--you're serving Trump, whom you don't even like and whose own sins you appear (at moments) to recognize.

This take of yours is just tribal partisanship.

The entire point of that passage was Comey telling the world what a great guy he is through a conversation recounted in the most maudlin and conceited manner possible.

    "Well done son."
    *sniffle* "Thanks dad!"

    A Higher Loyalty....to political considerations.
In his new book A Higher Loyalty, former FBI Director James Comey admits what most observers had inferred — that the overwhelming conventional wisdom that Hillary Clinton was going to win on Election Day played a role in his fateful decision to refocus the campaign on the email matter in late October.

“It is entirely possible,” Comey writes, “that because I was making decisions in an environment where Hillary Clinton was sure to be the next president, my concern about making her an illegitimate president by concealing the restarted investigation bore greater weight than it would have if the election appeared closer or if Donald Trump were ahead in all polls. But I don’t know.”

Hilarious. All Comey has to do is take a few shots at Trump and Democrats all fall in line.
