    My goodness! You just admitted I'm right. If a defendant is assumed innocent until the plaintiff proves him or her guilty, then the default assumption is always in the negative and the naysayer doesn't have to prove a negative.

    When and if you come back to America you may have the privilege of serving on a jury one day. its a duty every citizen should to. You don't have to try to embarrass me by suggesting I grow up, that's a tactic used by juveniles trying to seem older and more mature. I don't fall for that petty stuff, that's your angle because you are weak and need some kind of advantage, so you resort to what I just said. You will grow out of it someday when you get more life experience
