Well, as a taxpayer, the federal budget is indeed my money and as an aggregate, it is indeed Our money. To give themselves a giant windfall and to take away from the poor is a redistribution of wealth that you righties always rail against. Except of course when that redistribution is going in the right direction, upward. So LOL all you want but the working poor are not amused by it. Friggin Trump sheep.

And how is that different than what trump and his supporters do? Your selective outrage is noted.

Thats a state thing, not a Federal.
HOWEVER, there are better things to cut..
Before you trash those at least know what they are. Both are Fed programs and both face fed cuts. The fed wants to cut SNAP by smaller block grants as they pass it off to the states but it is a fed program for now. CHIP is a Fed Program administered by Medicare. Cuts to both will come from the Federal budget. I see you don't care about anyone but yourself. You're a true Trumper. Congrats.

I know, it is nuts. I think the GOP just see's numbers, such as the lowest unemployment in a long time. They don't realize how crappy the wages are on these abundance of jobs and people still need help. I see the loyal devotion to Mitch McConnell and he hasn't done anything for the residents of KY but they still vote him in, election after a election.

    Mr. namvet,

Except having the government reach into my pocket and not take as much is not a windfall, but rather, not as much as a lose. And my money is my money. Just because the government takes it from me, does not make it yours.

I never said you got a windfall. Quite the contrary. You got a pittance so you wouldn't complain about their windfall. Like it or not, the Fed budget is a limited pie and when the leaders take a big chunk for themselves, we have a budget deficit that must be made up. So, the money to fill that shortfall comes from somewhere and that somewhere is always the poor and the disabled especially the GOP. Even though most paid into the system their whole lives and are ENTITLED to be treated fairly, your heroes don't care about any of that. Watch how much that tax CUT you got ends up costing you and those in your family. I'm still trying to make sense of your post. LOL

When you are dealing with Ayn Rand Cultists, you have to realize they do not give a single fuck about anyone but themselves, it is a philosophy of greed and self serving.

Yeah, and now they're led by the two most devoted to that Philosophy, Trump and Ryan. Marie Antoinette is smiling down on them.
