But Hillary was and is a centrist, and the OP wasn't up for that.

I don't know. I was a registered Republican until Obama ran, so I got nothing. I'd be happy with another seventeen of him, though (for the most part).

I'm sorry. Are you saying then that you did vote for Donald?

Internalize talking points? No. Folks who used to depend on union leadership to fight for them have faced stagnant wages for years while the income gap goes to the wealthiest. Almost 40% of all the wages (earnings) go to the top four richest families. Look it up. Nearly 80% of those same wages go to the top 1%. And what will this latest money grab do for the working man? Nothing. Worse than nothing because the ten year outlook has the rich getting enormously richer while inflation and cuts in programs will increase the millions already on or under the poverty line to unheard of levels.

She's right about one thing and that is that LOTS of folks voted for Trump because they thought it was the lesser of evils. It's that kind of thinking along with Russian help that got us Trump. We on the left have got to sell programs for working folks hard and really have a plan or we'll fuck ourselves again. We need new young charismatic blood with a progressive and social message. And it wouldn't hurt to shout out loud against the income inequality under GOP rule.

We'll just have to agree to disagree on this.

But of course. I realize she is poison to the Democratic party, and I just as assuredly know that it is through no fault of her own. Her policy was sound, her mind was sound, and she would have made a good president. Now we're on the highway to hell, but that's fine, too.

Elections have consequences. I just wish we hadn't had to follow down the Nazi Germany path while everybody made their motherfucking point.

And as long as that's what people think and how people feel? We're almost assured to do it again in 2020.

Kind of glad I'm this age. I shouldn't have to live through over much of the hellscape.

I'm going to turn into one of those bitter old women who have a list of people she will never forgive, and that's inclusive of everyone who sat the election out, and everyone who voted for Trump. Also KG for throwing Trump under the bus and oh, everyone at FOX propaganda network.

Surely, there are many mistakes, but I do not feel POTUS or the Republicans are ALL wrong as the left believes. I do know a lot of people did the same exact thing I did. In fact, I think the percentage of disgruntled, disappointed, frustrated Dems helped to bring Trump into office. I am seriously wondering just how the Democratic party can win myself back and the others? I still have the same values I always have had. I am truly not a Republican; but neither am I on the far left. I would like to hear your response.
Yeah...you posted a thread hit piece on the Clintons. You told Ian that you did not have a source link...that someone forwarded the info to you.

Enjoy your journey to find the truth. Take a break from voting.
