What hours are post offices staffed, in small rural areas? Look up a few. Further, itís a completely asinine idea. Is the County Registrar now required to hire people and send them to each post office in the county? A state like Ohio has 88 county registrars, Georgia has 159. In addition both states have registration at BMV/DDS. Social Security doesnít have offices in every town with a post office. The welfare department doesnít.

Shady Dale, GA has a population of 240. But itís got a post office. How many people would a clerk sign up?
