Oh but they do. Trump has vastly increased the military budget. This gives millions of Americans the opportunity to join the military and get good health care for life

The ACA had some good points. It was the affordability that was deceitful. The problem is, our Politicians are supplementing their wealth with lobbyist for the Insurance and Pharmaceutical companies. Both sides of the isle. It is not in their best interests to change anything and keep the insurance companies in charge. The ACA did not tank healthcare...it was on a runaway train way before. We had millions of uninsured people...still do, but not as many. Trumpcare was nothing but another version of Obamacare. Instead of funding it through mandates, such as penalties and taxes, his plan was to shift the cost to people over 50. As long as we continue to prop up the insurance companies and allow them to continue to rape and pillage us...nothing is going to change.

Are you sure about the VA? I always thought care was provided to a Vet related to a service injury. Basic medical care and maintenance is not part of the coverage. My friends kid is a Marine Vet and he was declined care from the VA because he doesn't have a documented injury related to his service. He has PTSD, but he refuses to acknowledge it or seek treatment for it.

Watch and see, Trump will come out for Universal Care before the election.

He cut another 26 Million for sign ups just yesterday.
That's a nice wish, but I don't see why or how. Specifically how he'd pay for it. They plan to just let it fall apart and go back go the way it was in 2008 and before. If they're lucky, their new SCOTUS will declare any such plan unconstitutional--not the federal government's business.

Right. So a 55-year-old who has just lost their health insurance should run off and join the Army. Gosh, you're just BRILLIANT!! Get back to us when the Army starts accepting 55-year-old recruits, buddy.

You need to talk to more Americans, and in particular to more well-informed Americans. Health-care insurance premiums were SKYROCKETING in the years BEFORE Obama came along. Which was WHY healthcare was a HUGE issue in the 2008 campaign. DUH!

I've said before that the GOP needs to flip-flop on health care. Just come out and say "we were wrong, so let's get serious now." What's their base gonna do about it, vote Democrat? Most of their base is already on some sort of government health program as it is.
    Democratic programs, too!
