I watched Biden on Meet the Press Sunday. He was asked about Obama's comments that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed would be found guilty. Biden said there was no way that KSM would not be found guilty. How can the President and Vice President openly say that a person going to a trial in the USA will be found guilty 100%?

What about a fair trial, where the Defendant is presumed innocent?

Biden Says Terrorist Mastermind Mohammed Is Guilty

Feb. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the self- proclaimed mastermind of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, will be found guilty, U.S. Vice President Joe Biden said.

“There’s no doubt that he would not be acquitted; the facts we have are overwhelming,” Biden said in an interview on NBC’s “Meet the Press” program. “He will be in jail and he will stay there.” ...

So why have a kangaroo court trial? With the President and Vice President saying this, cannot the Defendent claim he is not getting a fair trial? How stupid is that?

What I find hilarious is that now, when they want to try these guys in civilian court, people are like, "no they're war criminals, they need to be tried in military tribunals."

Yet, when on the subject of Geneva Convention rights given to enemy combatants, "no, they are not soldiers, they shouldn't be held to Geneva conditions."

    So which is it?

One thing for sure is having a trrial in which the defendent is already detirmined to be guilty is not a trial. It is a fake trial.

Do you have a link stating that Obama or Biden will be the presiding judge in the case?
